Who We Are

We are an independent panel of solicitors who will fight so that you get your rightful inheritance.

All of our pre-approved solicitors operate in England and Wales and are fully registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority many of whom are members of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Solicitors (ACTAPS), and we can promise you they all offer a helpful and friendly service.

We appreciate the difficulties you must have been through to come to us and we don't believe in further patronising our clients with cloudy language and difficult legal "mumbo-jumbo".

At Fight That Will we aim to match you up with the right solicitor for your case; one that will deal with you in a simple, courteous manner.

What We Do

If you feel that you have not received your rightful inheritance please get in touch with us for a free, no obligation consultation via our contact form.

Your claim will be assessed and vetted by one of our approved panel members.

You may be able to make a claim if:

  1. There is an unfair, invalid, fraudulent, lost or destroyed will
  2. The amount that you have been left is unfair
  3. Your relative didn't make a will
  4. You were promised an inheritance but you haven't received anything, or not as much as you were promised

Will it cost me anything?

All of our solicitors offer a free initial, no obligation consultation and a wide range of funding options including "no-win no-fee" This means that you will not have to pay them a penny unless your claim is successful. Their bill is then limited to a percentage of what you get.

Should I Complain To The Solicitor Who Is Dealing With My Relative's Estate?

Not necessarily. It's always best to get professional advice first to make sure you don't say something in a complaint that could later prove to be unhelpful if you are going to make a claim. We can help to advise you on the best way to proceed with a free consultation.

Are There Any Time Limits To My Claim?

Yes there are. You should contact us straight away as the time limit can be as short as 6 months.

Do You Use The Same Jargon That I've Seen On Some Other Websites?

We understand that losing a loved one is stressful enough, and that the last thing you want to hear is technical or legal jargon.
